Happy Thursday Team!

Here we are, in race week. Can you believe it!! WOW.

As we all start to arrive in Port over the coming few days, its now our time to really embrace the experience that Port Macquarie has to offer us. It is an atmosphere filled with hype, joy, excitement and such a positive vibe throughout the town. You will feel so alive when you arrive, and be so darn proud to be wearing the Ironman or 70.3 athlete wrist bands, its like a badge of honour!

So to all our athletes and our incredible friends & supporters, enjoy these coming few days, celebrate this sports and its community, totally back yourselves and the trainings you have completed, and above all, have much laughter & fun together.

I know you will all make the most of this experience, and I know you will all be out there smiling regardless of what the day brings.

The training is the hard part in any journey to an Ironman or 70.3 finish line....race day is honestly a celebration of all this hard work!

So be amazing, be courageous and have the most memorable time....bring it on....These are the times we will remember.

Let's do This,

Alli

Multisport Gold parkrun on tour Vol 2 # 4

We did it! We survived! Friends, families, athletes of Multisport Gold, lets all get together and relive, embellish, glorify and share of our stories and achievements at Port Ironman & 70.3 for 2023. Our parkrun on Tour will be at Paradise Point today, its always a squad favourite! Rather than wear your Multiport Gold kit, lets all wear our Port Mac 2023 merch.....no doubt plenty was purchased LOL!!! The squad tents will be up, so bring your rugs, your chairs, BYO Breakkie or buy it after parkrun, lets sit around and chin-wag about our Port Adventures as one huge & very proud family.

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

This year we’re modifying the rules around the Club Championship to more fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories below. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

Points can be earned in ALL triathlon AND run distances, so enter your favourite races and be on the start line at parkrun each week!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
