Happy FriYAY Team!

What an incredible week for our MSGold Family! I simply don’t have enough superlatives to describe the past week that was our Port Mac Ironman & 70.3 campaigns. To everyone involved, be proud of your contribution to what is now a cherished & celebrated memory for times to come.

We are all back home & slowly returning to a somewhat normal life again. Some of us have new goals, some of us are wondering about what to do with the afterglow? Pride of achieving our goals is awesome, pushing your boundaries to levels you thought not achievable is great, but now what? Not sure where the quote comes from but “success breeds success”. We’ve experienced a lot in the past week, so ask yourself “Am I ready to take my journey to the next level?  #findit #ownit

Let's do This,

The Racing Buzz

One of the highlights of the weekend in Port was Multisport Gold being awarded 2nd Place in Division 5 for the Australian Ironman TriClub Championships. In our category there was over 50 clubs, so to walk away with 2nd place is a huge credit to everyone on race day and their stella performances. In our 12 year history, this is our finest result and we should all be so proud!

Entries are now OPEN for Port Mac 2024....so who is in and for what distances? Had FOMO this year.....then dont miss out being part of the action next year!

Racing this weekend, we do have a bit going on again! Moreton Bay Long Course Tri takes place on Sunday with Caitlin making a return to racing doing the swim & bike with Trinny backing up for the run. This is always a terrific event, so we wish the girls all the very best for this one.

UTA is on Saturday in Katoomba. This year we have our Ultra Blazer Michelle on the start line. She has been smashing out some cracking times in training over recent weeks, so we wish her all the very best for this iconic and epic event.

Entries also opened for GCM on Wednesday, make sure you use the Team Name Multisport Gold and Team Pin MSGold123 to be part of our Team over the race weekend! It is going to be interesting to see who is tackling various distances this year!

Multisport Gold parkrun on tour Vol 2 # 4

SATURDAY 20TH APRIL

We did it! We survived! Friends, families, athletes of Multisport Gold, lets all get together and relive, embellish, glorify and share of our stories and achievements at Port Ironman & 70.3 for 2023. Our parkrun on Tour will be at Paradise Point today, its always a squad favourite! Rather than wear your Multiport Gold kit, lets all wear our Port Mac 2023 merch.....no doubt plenty was purchased LOL!!! The squad tents will be up, so bring your rugs, your chairs, BYO Breakkie or buy it after parkrun, lets sit around and chin-wag about our Port Adventures as one huge & very proud family.

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

This year we’re modifying the rules around the Club Championship to more fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories below. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

Points can be earned in ALL triathlon AND run distances, so enter your favourite races and be on the start line at parkrun each week!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
