Happy FriYAY Team!

Its so interesting how, in this journey of life, even though we may begin at different times and places, our paths cross with others so that we may share our interests, our goals and form lifelong friendships with like-minded people.

About 2 years ago, I replied to an email from a New Zealand Triathlete who was coming to the Gold Coast to spend some time with her mum who was unwell. I get many emails from people asking if they can join our squad and 9/10, nothing comes of these enquires. I was so thrilled when an energetic lady by the name of Hazel walked into the pool to join our squad. This incredible lady has grown to be such a huge part of our Multisport Gold family and we should all feel so blessed our paths have crossed in this journey through life.

As a group, we always have, and always will, welcome new athletes into our family with open arms, and Hazel has been such an amazing friend to us all not only during her time here with us, but from afar when she has been back at home. She honestly is never far away from us! Hazel has brought so much joy & laughter, so much competitiveness and energy to our group.

We were all saddened to hear of the passing of Hazels mum last week and we have come together to comfort and support one of our own during this difficult time. Hazel, our thoughts are with you and your family, and please know you are always such a special part of our family.

Let's do This,

Alli

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

This year we’re modifying the rules around the Club Championship to more fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories below. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

Points can be earned in ALL triathlon AND run distances, so enter your favourite races and be on the start line at parkrun each week!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
