Happy FriYAY Team!

I am saying SORRY in advance if over the coming month I am tired & crankier than usual!

Oh dear I hear you sigh.....what have we done wrong & what are we in for?? LOL.....well, no one has done anything wrong so there is no punishments or hell sets coming up!!!

This week I am right in my element watching the Swimming Long Course World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan. This means the finals are televised starting at 9.00pm, which is way past my bed time, but the racing over the last few nights has been mind blowing! A number of World Records smashed and the Aussies are currently leading the medal tally....the Dolphins certainly are making the world stand up & take notice of them 12 months out from the Paris Olympics!  So with such exciting racing, I am getting to bed very late LOL!

Then, there is the FIFA Women's World Cup on for the next 3 weeks. Not that I am following every team here, however there is a few key matches to be watching as the Matilda's prepare to make this World Cup their most successful. After recently watching the documentary on the Team, getting to know them and their coach & support staff, we are so excited to be following their journey.

I am constantly inspired by these remarkable professional sport people who continue to bring their sports up to new levels, and along with social media, feels we are living their journeys with them. Regardless of the outcomes of our swimmers and the Matilda's, I know over the coming weeks I'll be yelling & cheering at the TV, and loving every minute I stay up past my bed time LOL!!

Let's do This,

Alli

Oh yeah I hear you say!!! This run is only 30 mins up the highway and one none of us have run before! It is a hilly out & back course with the plenty of wildlife, scenery & wallabies along the way.
