Happy FriYAY Team!

Wow Wow Wow and WOW! What a MASSIVE weekend for our Crew, and a weekend with so many outstanding achievements. Sunny Coast 70.3 and IMWC in Nice saw ALL of our crew who started,  cross finish lines, a 100% success rate is something we should all be really proud of.

Over the last week, there has been so many posts on Socials about races & results and huge Kudos to our athletes, but this week in my writings, I am going to send out an enormous THANKYOU and CONGRATULATIONS to our Multisport Gold Family who tracked, encouraged, supported and gave praise to all our athletes.

Part of our amazing culture is the support we offer each other, offer the entire team regardless of finish time or placing. To see so many of our crew all over Martins finish very early on Monday morning, and to be following each other on a Sunday at SC70.3, really does blow my mind at the respect and love we have for each other.

I have a friend who raced Sunny Coast. H choses to do all of his training solo and is not actively part of a Club, and therefore had no one up there on Sunday. There was no Keep Going messages, no Your Awesome, and no Congratulations from anyone and when I was showing him our group chat, he was overwhelmed at the spirit we have.

I know I say it all the time, and Sunday truly was the perfect reflection of what teamwork is.. Of what OUR Team is all about and how together, we are stronger.

I tip my hat to each and every person within the Multisport Gold team who contributed in any way over the weekends, these success stories belong to us all.

Let's Make it Happen,

Alli

The Racing Buzz

As we all know there was outstanding racing on Sunday from the SC70.3 Crew as well as Martin in Nice. A special mention must go out to Dorz who claimed a roll down slot for Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Taupo NZ next December. A huge effort and outstanding race Dorz, we are all so darn proud of you!

A shoutout to Maty T & Coach Alli who take on the Toohey 21km Trail run on Sunday. This is a mixed terrain run which should be plenty of fun!

SATURDAY 23rd September

Sunny Coast 70.3 is finished, so time to have some fun again on our Saturday mornings at parkrun! So, with winter over & the temps should be above freezing, lets venture up the Mountain to Tambo! This is a course which has it all, a mix of gravel, grass, trails and concrete, but is always such a great challenge over this terrain! Don't be late as Tamborine Mtn starts at 7.00am sharp! (We will arrive earlier for a warm up jog, details to follow on FB)

In true Multisport Gold style, there will be coffee and breakfast afterwards....I think I can smell the coffee already!

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

We have modified the points system, and make sure you know the rules, we are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!
