Happy FriYAY Team!

OK, so we either love or hate Collingwood, but the fact is, we all love sport and do get excited about a Grand Final.

Personally, I don't particularly like AFL, but our household has always gone for Collingwood as Justin grew up in the Collingwood area in Victoria and claims to have played there as a Junior!! (2 games, full field, Best on Ground so he claims!

I know that several of the crew love the Brisbane Lions & are super passionate about following the 'local' team. The Fitzroy Lions aka Brisbane Bears aka Brisbane Lions are looking good from what I hear as they have beaten Collingwood twice this year. So in the interest of bringing a balance to my household and bringing enjoyment to watching Justin yell at the TV , GO THE LIONS!!

OH on another point, the NRL have a Grand Final as well. Again I'm not an avid follower of men in tight shorts chasing a little ball around doing what resembles some form of cross country wrestling , but with any sport, I hope they all put on a good show and the best team wins!

Let's Make it Happen,

This is our parkrun on Tour Vol 2 #8, is at Mudgeeraba! Yes, we certainly have been travelling all over the countryside with our parkrun on Tour adventures again this year, and shared so much fun together!

Most of us have run this course, so we know it is flat, fast & a great course for setting a PB or even an Age Category Record!

In true MultiSport Gold Style, having our colours out on course will be another great parkrun on Tour to remember.

A warm up jog will be organized, details will be on our Facebook page closer to the date.

And, there will be coffee & breakfast afterwards, there is a number of great locations so watch this space!

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series
