Stage 4 Covid Return to Play Plans have been revised by the Dept of Sport & Rec QLD & it is with  great to announce there is a relaxing of the Return  to Play & Covid Industry Safe Plans. This is great news moving forward for all outdoor activities. HOWEVER, we are ALL still required to  SIGN IN with the Check in Qld App. The QR Code  is available at all sessions. Thankyou all in advance for your co-operation in adhering to the Covid rules.

It is with so much pride that we launch our new Multisport Gold website, newsletter & program structure this week. There has been many weeks of research, planning, messages, double & triple checking, photographs & excitement as these new elements started to take shape & come to life. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gordon for his creativity, his vision, his time & professionalism in creating all these elements for our Squad. 

For so many months, weeks, days, the Multisport Gold Crew have trained to the best of their abilities & squad spirit for the Village Road Show Theme Parks Gold Coast Airport Marathon. It was with such heartache & sadness this event has now been cancelled due to another outbreak of Covid-19. There has been many tears shed, many spirits broken & goals of pbs dashed. HOWEVER, in true Multisport Gold fashion, we will continue to run our selected events, with our race numbers on proudly, submitting our times & being part of the Virtual Race.  Yes, Covid-19 may have cancelled the event, but it will not cancel our love of sport and our desire for personal successes.

• Swim Squad at CAAC on Tuesday & Thursday.
  Arrive 10 mins early for a 5.30am start
• Saturday AM swimming is ON this week at  Griffith Pool.
  We will be starting at 8.30am
• Track Tuesdays at CAC PRIMARY OVAL  starting at 5.30pm
• Hills Thursday starting at 5.30pm at Adidas  Park
• KOFFEE KMs Friday. Departing Highland  Reserve Roundabout at 5.15am and the M&L  Roundabout 5.20am. Destination is Café 7 for  6am brews!
• Sunday Ride Is Back ON this week. We will  be rolling out from Oxenford Lake at  5.30am & heading to Beechy because Hills are our friends....and we are cramming for Tour de Brisbane LOL
