Happy FriYAY Team!

Can you believe it.....it is the 1st December!! Like....WOW! I ask you....where has your year gone??

I think the older we get, the more jam into our days, weeks & months. For some of us, the kids are getting older and we become their private taxi service, others work just gets more stressful and longer hours, and some have other external factors draining their time & energy!

It was interesting on Thursday morning at the pool how so many of the Team, and myself included, felt flat, tired and in need of some time out. And complaining about the summer weather already!!!!

We all commented that December was a crazy busy month and the next few weeks are jammed packed with events, parties, commitments and then Christmas shopping!!! I think we will all be looking forward to that nap on Christmas day after lunch LOL!

During these times of chaos, busyness and additional stress, take time out for 5-10 mins each day to inhale, exhale, be grateful for health, happiness & family, and know that YOU need to be kind to YOU!

LOL....I guess one fun thing about December....we get to bring out our Ugly Christmas Cycle kits !!!!

Let's Make it Happen,

Alli
