Happy FriYAY Team!

As we cheer in 2024 and survive all that has been thrown our way over the last 12 days, it is time to be thankful to the incredible team we are. I say it time & time again, but during the time of need for some of our team, the reaching out & support has proved that we are more than just a bunch of triathletes. We are friends and family and I am so grateful for the culture we have.

I hope you, your families & friends did have a wonderful celebration over the Festive Season, a celebration with a difference!

2023. Wow. A year where so many of us had goals and dreams, and can look back & be so proud of our accomplishments. A year where we are once again united as a team, and family, as we embarked of these goals, enjoyed social activities and were each others greatest supporters.

In 2024, I really hope for each & every one of you great success comes your way in all areas of you lives. And, also hope you go on to make mistakes along the way. Yes, mistakes!!!

If you are making mistakes, then you are trying new things, you are experimenting with something different, you are learning, thinking, living and pushing yourself. Yes, you will be challenging yourself and the world around you. Making mistakes along the way means we are doing things we have never done before and importantly, you are creating the BEST version of you by your experiences.

So whilst it is all flowers & rainbows to say how incredible & epic 2024 is going to be, I think it is going to be even more rewarding as we all live & learn so much along the way.
