Happy FriYAY Team!

And just like that, the school holidays are coming to an end! Yippee say parents!! Boo say teachers & kids LOL!

During the school holidays, I know the Cookie Clan are so much more relaxed & casual in our day to day routines as there is no drop offs, pickups or being an after school taxi service! The days working from home are longer with less interruptions....well except for kids that are forever bored, hungry and of course, apparently there is never any food in the house....insert rolling eyes emoji here LOL!!

So next week as kids head to school in new uniforms, clean shoes & fresh haircuts, we are back into our family routine again. I know for the 1st week as we readjust to our hectic lives there is going to be more stress and pressure, and its weeks like this where we just have to roll with it and do what we can until we find out groove again.

I hate missing my training sessions, however there are some times when we just have to let some things slide through to the keeper for the sake of peace, harmony & alleviating mental mayhem!

For our families who are readjusting to life next week, i hear you all! Be sure to put your family & your sanity 1st, don't stress about sessions which arent going to happen, because in the big scheme of life, a day of calm over chaos is always be the best outcome!

The Racing Buzz

Last Sunday, the some of the Team hit start lines at Robina Tri. Given the water quality, wind & heat down there on Sunday, all of our athletes should be really proud of their efforts at Robina, a job well done all-round.

Entries are open for the Port Mac Run Festival on Sunday 3rd March. A few of the team are making the drive down for this event. There is a number of options available, so if your keen, have a think about this one & check out the website!

Entries are now OPEN for Port Mac 2024....so who is in and for what distances? Had FOMO this year.....then don't miss out being part of the action next year!

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

We have modified the points system, and make sure you know the rules, we are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!

Sunday Rides with the weather warming up & the sun rising early, our Summer rides now start at 5.30am, rolling out from Ox Lake as usual.
