Happy FriYAY Team!

YOU always are, and always should be, the owner of YOUR journey. It is your set of commitments, your decisions and your actions which drive your success. At the end of the day, it is in your hands.

Whilst Multisport Gold, myself & Captain Cooke can deliver the tools, guidance, wisdom and support you  need to be successful, we don't drive your performance bus.

The people I often see who are the most successful are those who commit to the journey and develop the ability to collaborate and extend their mindset beyond themselves.

Thursday morning swim squad I was unable to attend, leaving Captain Cooke at the helm. I was so proud & impressed when we debriefed on the session later in the day and there was some standout leaders within the group who were supporting others, taking ownership of the session and keeping the session on its intended course.

Sure, it is very rare that I am not at a session, but it so reassuring that squad members listen, learn and grow and I feel my role as a coach and educator is having success away from a stop watch & white board.

We always aim to foster a community and team mindset and I would like to extend a huge thankyou to those who stood up yesterday and keep our ship heading in the right direction.
