Happy FriYAY Team!

A key aspect of my coaching philosophy is empowering athletes with the responsibility for their own journey. While I, as a coach, can guide and point in certain directions, the actual journey is deeply personal and unique to each athlete. It's about you all as individuals, your discoveries, your challenges, and your triumphs.

Coaching, as I perceive and do my best to practice it, is an art form that goes beyond physical training and data analysis. It's about guiding athletes on a journey of self-discovery, where you discover hidden strengths and learn to trust internal guidance. This approach not only enhances performance but also enriches  lives beyond the realm of sports.

Coaching is about educating, supporting, allowing athletes to stand on their feet and make choices in the how, what & why. I do my best not to hold hands, but to offer independence, self belief, trust and being innovative. This allows athletes to know they have a safe haven in MSGold, they can go exploring and never be alone.

Self-awareness is a critical component of my coaching strategy. It's about helping athletes to not just study their performance but to understand their reactions, feelings, and discoveries during training and competition.

With some key races approaching very quickly on the race calendar for a number of our athletes, as well as others starting to book in races for the end of the year. The process to get to their destinations is really an exploration of themselves which reveals their hidden strengths and unleashes untapped potentials. So yes, its time to set the stage for self discovery!

Multisport Gold parkrun on tour Vol 3 # 3

SATURDAY 13th April 2024  - Gainsborough Greens

We have travelled all over the local countryside with our parkrun on Tour adventures, and shared so much fun together, now its time to revisit Gainsborough Greens, our parkrun neighbours just over the highway!

Most of us have run this course so know its flat, fast & a great course to target a PB! And, within the local area meaning the IM Crew can get in their extra kms!!!

In true Multisport Gold style, having our squad colours on course will be another great parkrun on Tour to remember!

There is a number of choices we have locally for post run breakfast & coffee, so lets do this team!

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

With the new 2023-2024 Triathlon season kicking off on 1st July 2023, NOW is the time to start logging in your race results. Every parkrun, every race is worth valuable points, so be in it to win and lets see how is going to be our new Club Male & Female Champions!

We have modified the points system, and make sure you know the rules, we are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
