Happy FriYAY Team!

Wow, what a weekend we had in Port. The vibe, the atmosphere, the energy, the weather and for us, the incredible team spirit. It truely is an incredible weekend.

Whilst we have celebrated the training and the race execution for our 70.3, teams and Ironman athletes, as well as our amazing volunteers, we also need to celebrate and thank all of our families and loved ones who are behind the scenes in our successes.

The early mornings, the afternoon/even training, the weekends running & riding, is all time away from familiies, who are usually patiently waiting at home for our safe return. They sacrifice so much in their lives, they have to lift to carry the load for months on end, as well as putting up with shitty moods and endless hunger.

To our families, our heros behind all of us, we thank YOU for your support, your belief and your patience. Without all of you, this journey would not be as fulfiling and rewarding as it is.

We now look forward to spending more time together.....and OMG.....what to do on a Sunday LOL LOL!!!

2022-2023 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

With the new 2023-2024 Triathlon season kicking off on 1st July 2023, NOW is the time to start logging in your race results. Every parkrun, every race is worth valuable points, so be in it to win and lets see how is going to be our new Club Male & Female Champions!

We have modified the points system, and make sure you know the rules, we are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website here. Simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
