Happy FriYAY Team!

Multisport Gold started in October of 2012. Over this time there has been so many highlights, so many pinnacles. There has also been the fair share of failures and disappointments. The hours as a coach are long and sometimes tiring, they are rewarding and they are frustrating, there is successes and then back to the drawing board.

Like any job you love and are passionate about, the roller coaster is ongoing. Always striving for success and accomplishments. Eliminating the negatives and the nay-sayers, Doing the best for individuals and the Team.

To me coaching is all of these things and so much more. Coaching truly is multi-factorial.

However, to be a part of someone's fitness goals shines above all. To set goals together, go through the process which may be over  6 week, 6 months or 12 months. To run a PB at parkrun, to finish a race which seems so difficult or qualify for Championship event.  To watch and athletes grow in strength and confidence through their journey, truly is so rewarding.

To have our athletes not only train together, but to enjoy socializing together, to spend time outside training and to be a constant source of mate ship makes us who we are.

To represent ourselves and our Squad in racing environments and the local sporting community will continue to see us rise to every occasion. Being awarded Aus Triathlon Queensland Club Coach of the Year, sure it is a huge honour. But it is an award for the entire team to be so proud of....We did this together. Together we are stronger. Together, we are Family.

2024-2025 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

With the new 2024-2025 Triathlon season kicking off on 1st July 2024, NOW is the time to start logging in your race results. Every parkrun, every race is worth valuable points, so be in it to win and lets see how is going to be our new Club Male & Female Champions!

We have modified the points system, so make sure you know the rules and you MUST be wearing your Multisport Gold kit! We are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website, simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
