Happy FriYAY Team!

Yep, as the post A Race season feeling dims, the comfort zone of sleep-ins start to become an acceptable norm due to winter, the mind starts to wonder to the soft side in the dark mornings this time of year.

But the cold winter morning is your opportunity to forge strength and resilience. Embrace the chill; it's your ally in becoming unstoppable. Every breath of frosty air should fuel your determination. Every cold muscle should be your driver to push on.

Visualize the finish line, feel the PB, and let it ignite your fire.

Today, tomorrow and next week, you conquer not just the elements but your limits. Remember, champions are made in moments like these. Push forward, knowing every step, pedal, and stroke brings you closer to your awesomeness.

Races are being penciled in for the upcoming season, the new club champs series is up & going, and if your not training through these testing months, you will seriously be left behind. Playing catch is no fun at all!

Go out there, embrace the suck and show the YOUSELF and your team what you're made of!

Find your Fire,

Alli
