Happy FriYAY Team!

One thing I do love hearing at our training sessions, is the banter, laughter and friendly rivalry which takes place.

Friendly competition is good for us all, and given we are all goal oriented people, having our Club Champs Point Score Board up & running, has seen some early enthusiasm!

To be part of this squad competition, you do need to be a TA Member of Multisport Gold (various levels of memberships are available) and of course there is a list of you rules to adhere to (so make sure you know & follow the rules as Captain Cooke really doesn't like deducting points)

I have had great joy in watching the points start to accumulate over the last 4 weeks, and the chatter at track on Tuesday night on who is doing what races and who is keeping their events a secret LOL...there is tactics forming already LOL!!

There are points on offer for all distances in running & triathlon, points for parkrun and points for our amazing volunteers (no vollie points for parkrun as we should be doing this anyway) and there is also double points races throughout the season to spice things up a bit!

So Team, get into the spirit of our Club Champions Series for 2024-5, don't be too late off the blocks, the action has already begun!

2024-2025 Squad Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

With the new 2024-2025 Triathlon season kicking off on 1st July 2024, NOW is the time to start logging in your race results. Every parkrun, every race is worth valuable points, so be in it to win and lets see how is going to be our new Club Male & Female Champions!

We have modified the points system, so make sure you know the rules and you MUST be wearing your Multisport Gold kit! We are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website, simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
