Happy FriYAY Team!

The World was immersed in the Olympics over the last 2 weeks (I'm actually abit lost now they are over TBH!) and the viewing starts shortly for the Para Olympics which are going to be just as exciting and even more inspiring.

So we have a gap of 2 weeks between Olympic events. However, the World of Triathlon is flocking to Townsville for the Multisport World Championships, consisting of duathlons, aquathons, Cross triathlon, aqua biking and long course triathlon. Over the next 10 days, there is a jam packed schedule of Multisport action taking place.

Multisport Gold is so proudly represented by 4 athletes.

So, NOW is the time to get the diary's out, start YOUR race planning for the next 12 months and ask yourself....Is there any reason why I cant be on a start line at a World Championship Triathlon event?

There is EVERY reason that YOU can be on a start line, and that start line is in Wollongong December 2025 for the ITU World Triathlon Championships. Yes, another world Championships right here in our Country. Now that is something to be super excited about.

There is such a variety of events and qualifying races being held around the country, and plenty locally over the next 10 months.

I know I'm keen to get on start lines and give myself a chance of wearing the Green & Gold again. Trust me, it is such a highlight to be part of an epic international triathlon event....made evermore special here at home.

To represent your country on the world stage is a great honour and a truly awesome experience.

Alli

The Racing Buzz

Well, what an absolutely EPIC weekend we had at Sunny Coast last weekend for the Run Festival. Not only was the MSGold Team so motivating and inspiring out on course, we had so much fun together. The races themselves were the highlight of the weekend with outstanding races from all of our team. Maddi C in the 10k.  Trinny with a course PB,  Bretty with his maiden 1/2 in a fast 1:33, Coach Alli actually winning her category and becoming Australian and Queensland 1/2 marathon champion. And of course, we had Neill absolutely smashing up the marathon course in a huge PB time of 3:20. What a stella performance by our entire team.  As always, our support crew made a huge difference with their cheers and encouragement, so thanks to Team Ward, Jezz and Danny, you were all awesome!  LOL....accom is already secured for next year, we are excited already!

Another stella performance was Jezz in the Scenic Rim Marathon. Super Human Jezz ran away from the field and claimed 1st place outright, wow, what a run! Hugest congrats on your win
