After a few huge weekends on the racing calendar, we can take a breather this week and cheer on one of our fav Multisport Gold athletes as she sets out to conquer another epic event! Yes, our beautiful Kahori heads over Japan to compete in the Fuji 5 Lakes Ultramarathon. The 62km event completes 3 of the 5 Lakes. Kahori has put some strong runs in her prep for this event. A huge shout out to Eiji for being so supportive and committed to Kahori's success! Have a brilliant time back in your home country, and LOTS of photos please!
Yes, it is getting dark earlier, and there is a chill in the air which means winter is approaching! Please remember the importance of safety in the darker morning out riding AND running. On all our group rides you will be required to have working FRONT and REAR lights. Commencing Sunday 27th April our Sunday long rides will be moving to a start time of 6.00am. Still rolling out from Ox Lake.
The Brisbane Valley Rail Trail Weekend has been organized, Thanks Kath for the millions of messages on dates and yes, we have locked in a date with some of the crew having accom booked.
