Happy FriYAY Team!
The nature of sport means injuries and setbacks do present themselves from time to time. And lets honest, no one has time in their life or training calendar for setbacks. Many times, setbacks more far deeper than just physical. They are mental and emotional. It is finding strength in the struggle can actually bring out the best in us.
Setbacks, adversity, injuries are never invited, yet it often becomes the sharpest tool in shaping who we are. Whether it's personal setbacks, professional challenges, or unexpected detours, it's not the obstacle that defines us—it's how we respond.
Think of adversity not as a wall, but as a mirror. It reflects our patience, grit, and growth. The most resilient people aren’t immune to hardship—they’re simply willing to show up, day after day, regardless of the storm.
Over the last few weeks, we have witnessed some of our Team facing some really tough situations. After the shock, the swear words and the uncertainly.....there comes results to the issues. Staying connected to the tight support network, remaining positive and of course, it is knowing this difficult time will pass.
You might just find that the challenge you’re facing, or those around you are facing, is building a version of us who is stronger, wiser, and more capable than ever before.
YOU are stronger than YOU think,
