I know the last 2 weeks haven't been easy on any of us with the No coaching//No squad ruling by the Qld Govt, however I wanted to congratulate our Team on organizing to train together, to motivate each other & to keep each other accountable during this unusual time. Covid certainly has thrown us plenty of curve balls over the last 18 months, and each time we are presented with a situation, we stand tall & proud & continue to strive towards our goals. Thankyou so much Team for making me one very happy, proud & grateful coach.

I know we were all so excited with the announcement for the Qld Premier on Wednesday that the restrictions on Community Sports will be lifted as of Friday 4.00pm. Having these restrictions lifted is such a huge relief for so many of us, allowing us back to our usual routines, the social aspect of being part of a group, as well as mentally!  There is a few guidelines we still have to adhere too 1) Scanning in at ALL sessions attended. 2) Social distancing of 1 person per 2 square meters 3) If we can't maintain our social distance then Masks must be worn. 4) There will be hand sanitizer made available at every session.

At this stage CAC have not granted us permission to be back in the Pool or at Track. I am hoping to seek clarification of the reopening of our sessions on this today. Keep to to date on our Facebook.

I am so incredibly proud of how Multisport Gold has represented themselves in the community over these last few weeks. I know it hasn't been easy on so many levels, however we have set a perfect example of how to follow the rules correctly.

The Month of October we CELEBRATE 10 Years of Multisport Gold! Mark in your diaries Sunday 3rd October 11.30am at the Gold Coast Motor Museum. Further details are on our Facebook page.

This is not an awards afternoon, it is purely an opportunity for the Multisport Gold family to Celebrate together in a beautiful social setting.

• Sunday Ride Is ON this week for the SC70.3 Crew & The Long Course Crew. Rolling out from Ox Lake at 5.30am. (SC Crew please ensure you know what your session is!)
