Happy FriYAY Team!

With a new week, meant a very spring in our steps as all our Training Sessions were given the Full Steam Ahead not only by the Qld Govt, but Coomera Anglican College where we base our sessions from. Seeing so many of our regulars with smiles & hearing their chatter really was something so special on Tuesday at the pool, and the banter at track really was a highlight for me.  I am sure many of those attending these sessions felt the same special atmosphere had returned. There is  no doubt we will be more curve balls thrown at us in the future, but for now, I am so incredibly grateful & proud to have the Squad back together.

The Countdown has started for the highly anticipated  Club Championships 2021 at Moreton Bay. This is also the 1st race of the QTS for the season. Last year Multisport Gold placed 2nd in the Small Clubs category and it was such a buzz hearing our name called out at the awards ceremony. 

Why not lock in Sunday 26th September and join your team mates on the start line? Entries are selling out quickly so don't miss out, remember every point counts towards our overall total!  Distances range from sprint to Olympic, Enticer & kids distances also  available so there is no excuses not to be there!

How proud would we all be standing on Top of that podium knowing have achieved something so special together.

A very casual & relaxed lunch, lets spend the afternoon on the Terrace of this picturesque setting, and the fascinating Motor Museum.
This is not an awards afternoon, it is purely an opportunity for the Multisport Gold family to Celebrate together in a beautiful social setting. 

A reminder to all our members who have not yet rejoined Triathlon Australia & Multisport Gold for the 2021-22 Triathlon Season that registrations are now OVERDUE. There is so many benefits in becoming of member of Triathlon Australia & Multisport Gold, most importantly is the Insurance coverage you have for racing & training. And of course, everyone wants one of the new, bright & funky Multisport Gold Rugs! 

• Swim Squad at CAAC on Tuesday & Thursday. Please arrive by 5.20am as we will be starting at 5.30am sharp.
• Saturday AM swimming is NOT on this week.
• Track Tuesdays at CAC PRIMARY OVAL. Please arrive by 5.20pm to start the warm up at 5.30pm sharp.
• Hills Thursday at Adidas Park. Please arrive at 5.20pm for a 5.30pm start. 
• KOFFEE KMs Friday. Departing Highland  Reserve Roundabout at 5.15am and the M&L  Roundabout 5.20am. Destination is Café 7 for  6am brews!
• Sunday Ride Is ON this week for the SC70.3 Crew & The Long Course Crew. Rolling out from Ox Lake at 5.30am. (SC Crew please ensure you know what your session is!)
