Happy FriYAY Team!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to the Multisport Gold Team for their ongoing display of outstanding sportsmanship, camaraderie, and support. Week after week, I see team members encouraging one another, sharing knowledge, and celebrating each other’s progress, and it is truly inspiring. Your commitment to creating a positive, welcoming environment is what makes this team so special.

Equally impressive is the openness you show to new members who join our sessions. As adults, stepping into a new group can feel intimidating, and it’s not always easy to feel accepted right away. Yet time and again, I watch as each of you makes newcomers feel included, offering guidance, encouragement, and friendship. That level of inclusivity is rare and remarkable, and it speaks volumes about the character of this team.

Seeing these values in action over numerous sessions fills me with pride as a coach. It is a privilege to work with a group that not only pushes itself to achieve athletic goals but does so with kindness, respect, and genuine support for one another. Thank you, Multisport Gold Team, for embodying the spirit of what makes our sport—and our community—our FAMILY—truly extraordinary.

YOU are stronger than YOU think,

Alli
