Happy FriYAY Team!

Summer is here, and with the T100 just seven weeks away, now is the time to hit your training hard—but smart! Every swim, ride, and run you do over the next few weeks is building the engine that will carry you across the finish line. The long days and perfect weather are on your side—use them to stack up consistency, improve your endurance, and get your body ready for the challenge ahead.

This is the stage to trust the process. It’s not about smashing every session, it’s about showing up, hitting your key workouts, and looking after recovery, nutrition, and sleep. Every session counts, and the small, consistent wins now will pay off massively on T100 weekend.

Momentum is as much mental as it is physical. Celebrate the progress you’re making, keep the squad spirit alive, and embrace the grind together. Whether it’s a strong ride, a steady run, or a smooth swim, these moments build confidence, resilience, and excitement. Keep pushing, stay consistent, and let’s make these next few weeks count—T100 is coming, and you’ll be ready!

Live Boldly,

Alli

The Racing Buzz

Last Sunday afternoon I received a phone call from a trusted girlfriend of mine who had sadly seen a small number of our riders on TT bikes drafting around Monterey Keys :-(  This type of unsafe riding behavior will NOT be tolerated as it not only puts huge safety risks for riders involved, but the representation of Multisport Gold is incredibly tarnished. There are rules in our sport to make it not only fair, but more importantly, SAFE to all riders. I did speak to the group at swimming on Tuesday morning, this is a reminder to EVERYONE that further action will be taken against those who continue to break safety rules and put others at risk. It was incredibly disappointing to have received this phone call.

On a much brighter note, Starlight Super Swim for the month of February has kicked off! Jo H, Dave A & Coach Alli are all participating in this fundraiser, swimming Kms this month & raising money for sick kids & their families. If you would like to donate, please reach out to any of our swimmers for information.

A reminder both Coach Alli & Captain Cooke are away from Wednesday 11th Feb to Monday 16th Feb. There will be NO contact during this time unless in the case of an emergency. Thursday swim squad will still be going ahead as per usual.

2026 Mooloolaba Training Camp. Friday 1st to Monday 4th May. Accom at Beachcomber on the Spit, 4 days of swimming, riding & running, loads of action and new places to see. ALL details including price is on our Facebook Page under Events. Spots will get taken quickly so don't miss out! This camp is the perfect time to add in final block of training for the season, and to kick start the start of the 2nd half of the year.

For any athletes looking for a ride group of a Saturday, please touch base with Dave J. His Ride de Cure Crew roll out to a different route each Saturday and always is a quality (and safe) ride.

This is a 2 laps course, it looks fast and flat with a mix of all terrains! lets light up the course in our colours once again and take this MSGold Tradition to a new location!

Breakfast TBC afterwards

2025-2026 Club Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

We have modified the points system, so make sure you know the rules and you MUST be wearing your Multisport Gold kit! We are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!
