Happy FriYAY Team!

Our upcoming training camp from 1–4 May in beautiful Mooloolaba is shaping up to be one of those “circle it on the calendar” weekends. With beachfront accommodation, some of the best cycling routes the Sunshine Coast has to offer, and scenic coastal running built into each day, this camp is designed to get you fitter, sharper, and genuinely excited about your training & racing. It’s the perfect balance of purposeful sessions and soaking up an incredible location with like-minded athletes.

These camps always have limited numbers, and they fill quickly for a reason. Over four days we train hard, recover well, laugh a lot, and leave feeling re-energised and confident heading into the next phase of the season. If you’ve been to one of our camps before, you’ll already know how challenging, rewarding, and fun this time away together can be — the kind of experience that gives you fitness gains and lasting memories.

If you’re even slightly on the fence, this is your sign to jump in early and secure your spot. I’d hate for anyone to miss out simply because they waited too long. More details are available on our Facebook page, so take a look, lock it in, and get ready for four outstanding days of training, connection, and motivation in Mooloolaba. 🌊🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Live Boldly,

Alli
