Happy FriYAY Team!

T100 – We want YOU to be a MSGold Volunteer  💙💚💛

On Sunday 22nd March, the world’s best hit the Gold Coast for the T100 Triathlon World Tour — and we’re not just watching from the sidelines… Multisport Gold, yeap, we’re right in the action.

Our club has been given the incredible opportunity to operate an aid station on the bike course for the T100 on Sunday, and we are seriously going to  turning it into a full-blown Multisport Gold Hub. Think tents. Think music pumping. Think big voices, high-fives, and serious race-day energy. This is OUR chance to create an atmosphere that lifts not only our own athletes, but every single competitor riding through.

Aid stations can make or break a race. A loud cheer. A familiar face. A hit of positive energy at just the right moment. That’s what we get to provide — and it’s a powerful way to give back to the sport and the community that gives so much to us.

Over the coming few weeks, Captain Cooke & I will be putting the call out for YOU to be a Volunteer. Let’s show up in numbers. Let’s bring the noise. Let’s make our aid station the one everyone talks about. Let’s show the wider triathlon community what Multisport Gold is all about.

More details on how you can be part of it will be posted on Facebook in the next few days — keep an eye out and get involved. This is going to be something special. 💛💚💙

Live Boldly,

Alli

2025-2026 Club Champions Series

MultisportGOLD is all about community and encouraging members to push (safely) individual limits and become stronger athletes.

With the new 2025-2026 Triathlon season kicking off on 1st July 2025, NOW is the time to start logging in your race results. Every parkrun, every race is worth valuable points, so be in it to win and lets see how is going to be our new Club Male & Female Champions!

We have modified the points system, so make sure you know the rules and you MUST be wearing your Multisport Gold kit! We are making the Club Championship to fully acknowledge the commitment and effort required by all MultisportGOLD athletes in getting to the start line and completing any one of the event categories. So it doesn't matter if your a triathlete, or a runner, this series is inclusive for us all!

It is super easy to log your points. Just head to the website, simply fill in the tabs and you're on your way!
