Happy FriYAY Team!

There’s something pretty special about the friendships that form through sport.

About ten years ago, a group of athletes started turning up to training together, and somewhere along the way they became our squad’s “Original Gangsters.”

Over the years they’ve shared plenty of early mornings, long rides, finish lines, travel adventures and more than a few questionable decisions that probably seemed like a good idea at the time.

They’ve celebrated big highs, supported each other through the occasional low, and created a vast array of stories that get better every time they’re retold.

These days they might not make every single training session (life has a way of getting busy), but when it counts they are always there — cheering, encouraging and reminding the rest of the squad what this Family is really about.

What started as training partners has grown into genuine friendships, and it’s a great reminder that while triathlon can be an individual sport, the journey is so much richer when you share it with good people.

Bangers & Mashy, Kath & Pete, Renee (and Adam!) thankyou for being our EPIC OGs 💚💛💙🥳

Live Boldly,

Alli
