Happy FriYAY Team!

BOOM! What a weekend that was.

The Gold Coast T100 delivered everything we could have hoped for and more, and it was made truly special by the incredible people within our squad. From the Olympic Distance athletes, to those tackling the 10km run, to the big performances in the T100 itself—every single person who stepped up to a start line represented our team with heart, grit, and pride.

But what stood out just as much as the racing, was everything happening around it.

We had volunteers at the bike aid station cheering & directing until their voices were gone, teammates running alongside each other in tough moments, and families there for their loved ones all over the course!  That’s the stuff that doesn’t show up in results, but defines who we are.

Across the weekend, every race told a different story. Some were chasing personal bests, others were simply getting to the finish line after a long journey—but all of them mattered equally. And what made it so powerful was how we showed up for each other. Every athlete was treated like a rock star, because in this team, they are.

We may be a small club, but weekends like this remind us just how mighty we are. The support, the energy, the respect we show one another—it’s something special, and it’s something we should all be incredibly proud of.

So take a moment to soak it in. Reflect on the effort, the courage, and the camaraderie that defined the weekend.

Super proud of every single one of you.

Live Boldly,

Alli
