Happy FriYAY Team!

Its the time of the year when the mornings are getting colder, they are already dark! Athletes want to do less for bigger results during the off season. A lot of athletes want the off seasons  “perfect” training program.

“How many sessions?”
“What watts?”
“How much volume until I’m a weapon?”

Translation: What’s the secret formula? There isn’t one.

Because the best program in the world means nothing if you don’t connect with it—connect with your goals, or the coach behind it.

All year round, I coach the person first, the athlete second. Because when you understand the human, you unlock their why—and that’s what gets you out of bed when it’s cold & dark, what makes you tick, what drives you . Unlocking each athlete is way more powerful than any set or session.

Look around. The athletes who last aren’t always the fastest or doing the biggest weeks.

They’re the ones who fall in love with the process.

They show up.
They lean in.
They don’t just tick the box—they do the session.

Funny how their excuses disappear too. They are always on time. They don't cut corners. They trust the process.

That’s not luck. That’s connection. And this approach isn’t soft—it’s smart.

When you care, you show up.
When you show up, you improve.

Simple.

So if you’re chasing the “perfect program,” you might be asking the wrong question.

A better one? Am I all in?

Live Boldly,

Alli
