Happy FriYAY Team!

This week we pause to recognise Mother’s Day — a day that carries so many meanings for so many people. To our mums who are here with us, to those who live in our hearts and memories, to mums who are far away, and to those of us who are mums ourselves — this is a day to celebrate you.

The role of “mum” comes in many forms in our sport: support crew, cheer squad, problem solver, early morning encourager, Uber, Head Chef,  quiet listener, and the one who somehow always knows and has the best hugs!  In triathlon, and in life, so much of what we do is built on that foundation of care, patience, and love that mums give so generously.

We do celebrate our Mums every day, but especially this Sunday. Whether you’re being celebrated, remembering, missing, or doing the celebrating yourself — we acknowledge the strength, love, and impact that motherhood brings into our world.  🩷💜🩷

Live Boldly,

Alli
