Happy FriYAY Team!

This weekend is one of the biggest and most popular events on the Multisport Gold calendar.

While I'm currently in France and incredibly sad that I can't be there to race alongside you all or cheer you on from every start line, my heart will absolutely be back home with our amazing crew.

From the 5km to the marathon, and of course our incredible Kahori taking on the Quadruple, this weekend represents months of dedication, commitment, early mornings, sacrifices and unwavering belief. Every single athlete has earned their place on that start line, and I couldn't be prouder of the preparation you've put in.

But what makes this squad truly special isn't just the training or the results—it's the people. The encouragement, friendships, laughter, support and genuine care you all show each other every single week is something very special. Watching our athletes lift one another up has been one of the highlights of this entire journey.

As always, Tent City will be a hive of activity with our amazing friends at Run Central and Run Down Under. Whether you're racing, volunteering, supporting or simply coming along to soak up the atmosphere, we'd love to see you there. Bring your family, bring your friends, bring your loudest cheers—the more the merrier! Let's make it another unforgettable weekend for our Multisport Gold family.

To every athlete: trust your training. Stay patient. Be brave when it gets tough. Have the courage to deeper than you thought you could. Smile, soak in every moment, and remember why you started this journey. You have already done the hard work. Race day is truly a Celebration of all your hard work.

I couldn't be prouder to be your coach. I'll be tracking every split from France, cheering louder than ever from the other side of the world.

Go out there, race with courage, race with heart, and most importantly... enjoy every single step.

Let's make this a weekend to remember. 💙💛

Live Boldly,

Coach Alli

Sunday rides will be rolling out from Ox Lake at the new winter time of 6.00am. Please remember this weekend there will be numerous road changes/closures due to GCM so plan your routes accordingly! Tuesday Track is at Griffith Uni!!!! Please note that we usually locate ourselves on the opposite to the Grandstand as it is less crowded!    We will still be starting at 5.30pm

FriYAY Koffee Kms is rolling out from Cafe 2 at 5.15am, swinging by MnL Roundabout at 5.20am, then toot tooting past Ox Lake at 5.30am, so be ready to jump on....the train will not wait!! Coffee is back at the Lake for the final time this week, then we will be going back to Driftwood by popular demand!

UNSAFE riding on aerobars on TT bikes within a bunch will NOT be tolerated. Repeat offenders WILL be excluded from group rides as the safety of riders will NOT be jeopardized.
