Happy FriYAY Team!
At the end of each year, and we approach our Christmas & Celebration Event, the nominations for the Athletes Athlete start to come in. The level of diversity, ability & achievements always makes me so proud of each & every member of Multisport Gold. There is so much support, respect, pride & gratitude amongst our Squad, that each year the votes are always so close.
This award is about recognizing our sportsmanship, our courage, squad spirit and ongoing representation of Multisport Gold. Once again this year, there is many votes coming in, so have YOUR say, who is the athlete who inspired YOU the most this season.
Voting closes Friday 22nd October at COB. Voting to be sent to bargwan@gmail.com (Justin!)
Over & out for today,
Alli |

Give Multisport Gold YOUR 5 Star Review |
| |
|
Google reviews are such a vital part of Google search rankings and ultimately making more people aware of how awesome we are! If you have a few moments, your positive comments would be greatly appreciated, however, even just giving Multisport Gold a big fat 5 STAR RATING would be amazing.
Thanks Team! |

Multisport Gold parkrun on tour Number 4 |
| |
|
Multisport Gold parkrun on Tour N# 4 will see us venture to the very picturesque course at Surfers Paradise on the 6th November. Many of the Crew have participated on this course, a few loops around Evandale Lake, a few crossings of the new bridge, really does make it a very scenic course to run. This is a fast course, so bring out those speedy shoes! We will finish with a swim in the Lake, saying Hello to Mr Fishy, then a stroll over the bridge for coffee & cake. Lets make this another morning of Multisport Gold Domination

We had a relatively quiet weekend on the racing calendar, however we had 2 of our girls participating in the Brisbane to Gold Coast 100km Cycle Event last Sunday. Sally & Aarti both trained so hard for this event & whilst leading very busy lives, had amazing days out there & are both so deserving of their finish results. Congratulations Girls :-)
This Sunday we have Round 2 of the SEQ Trail Series at Numinbah. This is a very challenging & technical course, so safe adventures to our crew heading out there. Erin & Tim, Bangers & Mashy, Sally & Coach Alli! |
