Happy FriYAY Team!
There is always a buzz in the air as we watch our Team Mates put in the final prep work for their upcoming A Races.
This Sunday, we have the 1st race of the 2022-2023 Tri Season at the Sunny Coast 70.3 event. This is always such a popular race, with a beautiful course and plenty of atmosphere around Mooloolaba.
Over recent months & weeks, our athletes have been progressing their training from strength to speed and now into their taper. Watching them evolve in terms of fitness, strength and speed has been a credit to their hard work and dedication to their performances.
The weather is looking amazing for racing, and our Team is ready to fire up. We know you will all have such a fantastic day out there on Sunday, we will be cheering you all on!
Our Sunny Coast Team is going to bring such huge motivation to us all for the upcoming few weeks as we eagerly get back into the race season!
Let's do This,
Alli |

Thursday was the All Schools National Triathlon Championships in Harvey Bay. After 3 years of cancellations of this event due to Covid, and then 6 months of qualifying, we had our pocket Rocket, young Bowen, on the start line. After winning All School Regionals, then winning States, he was one of the favorites leading into this event.
Bo puts in so much hard training behind the scenes, and whilst he is such a chatterbox, he knows how to work hard and put in when the effort is required. Bo, to see you over recent years grow, get stronger and more confident, having the hard work done in the swim-bike-run has all paid off and this result of being National Champion is certainly well deserved. We all send out hugest congratulations.
A reminder to all our Crew, Coach Alli is away from Wednesday 14th to Monday 19th September. This means there will be NO Thursday swim squad OR Hills on 15th September. |

Multisport Gold parkrun on tour Number 10 |
| |
|
Saturday 24th September
This is our parkrun on Tour #10, and yes, we certainly have been travelling all over the countryside with our parkrun on Tour adventures, and shared so much fun together! Most of us have run this course so know it is flat, fast & a great course to target a pb, so here we come Mudgeeraba! In true Multisport Gold style, having our squad colours on course will be another great parkrun on Tour to remember! One of our favourite cafes, Home Plate Kitchen is a short drive away, so we will have breakfast, coffee & laughs post parkrun here |
