WEEKLY GOLD TUFF STUFF

Happy FriYAY Team!

Last Saturday saw the girls of Multisport Gold come together for a very well deserved Girls Day Out. After many months of training for our key races, it truly was a wonderful morning for us just enjoy some of the simple pleasures in life!

We started out at Kirra parkrun where we watched as Kath paced Erin to an incredible parkrun time of 19.36, having wanted to break 20 mins for a long time, so this was the perfect setting and morning for it! Well done Erin & great pacing Kath!

From there we headed for the most delicious breakfast....OMG....I think we all could've licked the plates clean the food was so amazing! Add in hot coffee, laughter, stories and experiences, and what a fabulous time we had!

To finish our morning was the Bathhouse experience, which is honestly, something none of us are going to remember for a long time! From the hot spas, to the sauna and the bravery in the freezing plunge pool, we all cherished the experience here together.

Rating this morning as a 11\10, it was a morning we committed to do again, so those ladies who missed out, there will be another opportunity to join in!

Our laughs were loud, our memories are countless, and of course, our friendships are endless.

The importance of friendships, respect & enjoyment in life certainly shone through for us on Saturday morning.

Let's do This,

Alli

Take 3 Saturday 16th July

Multisport Gold Take 3 parkrun on Tour #8, keeping our fingers crossed, will see us venture to a course not many of us have done! Yarrabilba! The course is at Darlington Parklands, Yarrabilba & is run entirely on foot paths. It is a 3 1/2 lap course, run entirely in an anti-clockwise direction, with signage stenciled onto the paths.
For those looking for a 3.5km warm up, we will meet at Logan Village, on Waterford-Tambourine Rd at 6.20am for a 6.30am departure. Then after parkrun, and easy jog back to the cars. From here, we will find a coffee shop (open to suggestions!! ) to regroup & swap run stories!
